Vegan Instant Pot recipe book

As my regular readers know, I like reading new recipes books for new recipe ideas. I really like vegan recipe books because they provide meat-free options for me to try out. I always like to try out a few of the recipes in the new books I get to see how they work out and if they taste good. This book in particular is for instant pot users. Well, I haven't got an instant pot, but I'm pretty good at modifying recipes to work with the tools I have. Someday I plan to own an instant pot, but today is not that day so instead, I tried out a few of these old-school style. There are some good recipes in this book and there is a bit of variety on recipe types, which is always nice. This book is pretty good for vegans, adventurous eaters, and instant pot owners. It would be nice if there were photos of each completed recipe as well as in progress photos. I know photos aren't necessary for a recipe, but I always like having them. It makes the book seem more professional and the food more appealing.
