RORAIMA Bug Room to review.
My mother in law is planning a family reunion here later this year, and I thought this bug tent would be helpful. You see, we have a big mosquito problem here because we have a pond as well as a field that often pools with water. I was excited for an opportunity to set it up, as when it arrived we were having severe wind storms which made it impossible to set this up. Well, not impossible I guess, but very ill-advised. So yesterday it finally seemed that perhaps the wind storms were gone for the season so we went ahead and set it up. The setup process is pretty simple if you've ever set up a pole tent you'll know what to do. It has zippered doors on each of the longer sides. It's 9 feet by 13 feet, but those measurements are taken at the base and it gets much narrower at the top. The problem with this tent is how flimsy and unstable it is. We had a mild wind storm today, only a few hours after making the video about this thing and the wind collapsed it in on itself. None of the polls broke, but it's now a jumbled mess on the ground that we'll have to fix after the wind dies back down again. The zipper on one side was broken when we got it so we had to stake that door down to keep it closed and the other door doesn't even zip all the way down. I wouldn't buy this, it's just too flimsy.
