Silicone Egg Poacher Cups

I recieved these Silicone Egg Poacher Cups to review.

These were marketed as egg poachers, but ar in fact egg boilers. They're pretty simple to use, crack an egg into the silicone cup, screw on lid, place in water, and cook as you normally would. They aren't very effective, though. The point of these cups is that they allow you to boil an egg without having to peel it so you can just get a perfect boiled egg for making deviled eggs and such. Well, that doesn't happen. The first batch I cooked in these cups came out pretty easy, but they still left a little bit of egg white stuck in the cups. All subsequent eggs cooked in these cups have left a significant amount of egg white inside the cups, sometimes nearly the entire white gets stuck. And even when you get one out, it looks like it has been chewed up and spit out. They would be okay for egg salads, potato salads, and chef salads. But it's honestly not that hard to peel an egg anyway, unless you're using farm fresh eggs, so I would recommend just buying store eggs and boiling them in the shell. They do come with a couple of free gifts, the first of which is an egg seperator. I don't seperate my eggs so I haven't used it, but it looks like it might work. The instructions it includes don't make sense, though. The other free gift is some little silicone bowls that I don't know what are. My husband says they are the egg poachers, which I guess is possible but I don't know. I feel like they would probably sink if you put them in water with an egg in them. I'm not sure, as I haven't tried them yet but I will and then I'll add an update.
