Honestly, Airbnb makes me nervous. Sleeping in a strangers home or having a stranger sleep in my home is not something I'm comfortable with. It does intrigue me though, and I have thought about using a service such as this to rent out a home if I were to ever buy a spare house. So I decided I might as well read a book about Airbnb. This book has a lot of grammatical errors in it, but the information provided is good information. A lot of it is pretty basic infromation that most people would figure out on their own- ie; cleanliness, politeness, property maintenance, etc. But there are also lists of many different services that assist hosts with different aspects of the rental process. I wouldn't recommend buying this book when it's at full price, but when it goes on sale it might be a worthy investment for those interested in getting into Airbnb rentals or those who are just starting out.
