Machine Learning for Beginners

I received a free copy of the ebook Machine Learning for Beginners to review.

This book is supposed to be a machine learning book for beginners, I'm not sure what they mean by beginner in this context, but considering the book references programming languages you need to already know some basic coding to ustilitze this book. And then, it's not really useful. It's far to basic in it's scope and it makes me question if the author actually understands what machine learning is. Sure, he lists a simple definition of machine learning at the beginning of the book, but anyone can define something without understanding it. This book seems like it was written because the author wanted to add a new area of expertise to his resume so her wrote a book about it without bothering to actually learn and understand the subject matter.
