This little round pill sorter has four different alarms so you can set pill reminders at multiple different times if you have to take pills more than once a day. The alarms are loud but not obtrusive or obnoxious. You will definitely hear the alarm when it goes off, but you may not be sure of what it is until you get used to it. The pill compartments open up easily, which is good and bad, I suppose. It's good because it allows you to easily get to your pills, but bad because a child or pet could easily get into it so always make sure to keep your pills locked up safely out of reach of children.
We've been using only one of the alarms, as we only need one. I got this for my husband to use as he is currently prescribed a daily med since his accident. It is a helpful reminder, before we started using it he often forgot his pill until late at night which was problematic because it meant that he was still under the affects of the pill in the morning. With this pill organizer he has been able to take his pill on time, which means he feels better when he wakes up and he sleeps better. I really think this organizer is great for anyone who has trouble remembering to take their pills on time. If you or someone you know could benefit from this organzier you can get one at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0783PYP9N.
