I got this because I make jewelry and I always need more storage for my beads and things. I really like this box because the compartments are so small. Most of the boxes I have have spaces that are as big as 2 to 3 of the spaces in this box. They are perfect for thing I only have a few of. It dose have removable dividers so if you need more space in one compartment you can just slide out how ever many till the space is as big as you need. It didn't take me long to fill this up. I had quite a few things sitting around just waiting for a place to be put. These are good for more then just jewelry supplies too. Use it for fishing tackle, nuts and bolts, electrical connectors, watch parts, or any other little odds and ends you have that need to be kept organized. The lid shuts good and tight so thing stay in the tray they are put in and don't try to mingle with their neighbors.
