UProtective Hand Brace

I got this hand/wrist wrap to test out for when my wrist hurts. I sometimes have wrist pain for reasons I don't really know and it is quite annoying as it interferes with getting things done. I don't like the old school style wrist braces my mother used when I was a child, because they had metal plates inside them that made it impossible to move your hand or wrist at all which just doesn't work for me. So I decided to give this one a try and see how it works out for me. Well, I've been using it for a while and it does seem to help with my wrist discomfort and pain while still leaving me with full range of motion. It also helped when I hurst my hand somehow and was having palm pain. I wore this wrap brace and it helped ease the pain. I think it's partly from the compression that it helps with the pain, because compression can improve blood flow and ease pain. Also the stabilizing effect is great for easing pain especially joint pain.
